Is the event free and open to the public?

Yes! All tickets during our public hours are free. We do have a limited number of paid tickets that allow shoppers in early. Get your tickets today!

What are the special shopping times?

Only 200 Prime Time Shopping tickets are available to the public the night before the sale begins. And 200 Early Bird Tickets let shoppers sneak in early on the first day of the sale.

We also offer a limited number of free tickets to the following groups so that they can shop before we open to the public on the first day of the sale: First Time Parents, Military Families as well as Foster & Adoptive Parents.

What about COVID-19?

Your family's health is our #1 priority. We follow all of the guidelines for retail spaces in Washington's Phase 2. All Shoppers get a timed entry ticket so that we maintain lower numbers inside the building. We encourage shoppers to come without children, if possible. Face coverings are mandatory for all shoppers over age 2, at all times while inside the building. (If you are unable to wear a face covering, we ask that you shop using our online options with curbside pick up.) Our sales floor is spaced out so that we can all maintain 6-feet of social distancing at all times. High-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly.
