Volunteer Guidelines:

General:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your shift for training.
• Volunteering is fun! Volunteers help with greeting & checking out customers, straightening clothes on the racks, organizing items, and security.

What to Bring & Wear:

• Please bring any food or drink that you might need during your shift.
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Presale Passes:

• Volunteers who consign will receive their Presale Pass at Consignor Drop Off.
• If you are not consigning your name will be on a list at the Presale entrance.
• Presale Passes are only for those volunteering. Family & friends must earn their own pass to attend the Presale. (Please bring a guest to the 1/2 Price Party on Saturday!)
• Volunteers are invited to shop our Volunteer Half Price Party from 5:30-7:00pm on Saturday! Bring a guest along for first-dibs on half-off items, door prizes & surprises!

Bonus Shifts:

• Bonus Shifts are worth more! Trailer Unloading (2hrs = 4-Hour Volunteer), Rack Set Up (3hrs = 4-Hour Volunteer), Breakdown (6hrs = 8-Hour Volunteer), Final Tear Down (2hrs = 4-Hour Volunteer).

High Quantity Consignors:

• Consignors who bring 500 items or more are REQUIRED to volunteer at least 4 hours during Breakdown.
• Consignors who bring more than 150 items are HIGHLY encouraged to volunteer during Breakdown.
